Do you Travel?
A.Yes, Jewell Photography Ballarat will travel, however a travel fee will apply for further than 30 minutes away from Ballarat.
How long have you been doing this?
A.I have been photographing since late 2019.
How many photos do we get?
A.The amount of images is dependant on the package you have paid for.
The amount of images will be displayed clearly on your invoice.
How do we get our photos?
A.You will receive digital copies of your images via your private online gallery in Pixieset.
Whats your turn around time?
A.My turn around time is as follows:
Family or individual photographs: 2 weeks.
Weddings and events: 2 to 4 weeks.
If editing requires more time I will notify you via email of approximate extra time required.
How do we book you?
A.To book your photoshoot, please fill in your details in the contact me tab to send through your preferred booking.
Can you help us with planning?
A.Yes, I will help with location suggestions and styling for your photographs.
How far out do you book?
A.I have plenty of availability however a minimum of seven days is required prior to booking a photoshoot in.
What should we wear?
A.I will suggest and direct you as to what will look great in your photographs, to also compliment the current season.
